2. Warehousing & Fulfillment

YGS-Tech operates local warehouses in: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Japan.

If local inventory is available, your order will ship from the corresponding warehouse. Otherwise, it will be fulfilled from our China warehouse.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

5. Customs Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the destination country's regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer if applicable.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
• Contact us at info@ygs-tech.com to request return authorization before sending items back.
• Return shipping is generally paid by the customer, unless due to defect or shipping error.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after item inspection.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
